Deb... I sure wish I knew.. I think it's a subject that probably should have been addressed publicly by PTSC & TPL by now, or at least I wish they would.. Short of them addressing it directly or a pursuit in court, anything else would be speculation.. But if I had to guess, since Leckrone believed ARM infringed the '584 before the Recert, he believes they still infringe it.. He may just be waiting for the '749 to see if he can hold that hammer over them as well... I certainly hope so at least.. As everyone would, I'd like to see ARM pay for their yrs of infringement.. and pay mightily at that.. right after all their licensees pay.
