Where did you come to that assumption? In the Allicense release below, the wording had nothing to indicate re-curring (as you put it) revenues. My take is this is a negotiated total amount being made on a payment plan b/c it doesn't make any sense to engage in the business of keeping track of how many widgets were sold in a given year IMO.........
