I believe we are trying to determine what royalty means according to the PR. The question should be, are we receiving license fee payments spread out over time (as opposed to the one lump payment) OR will we be receiving payments on future products produced/sold by the licensed company. Big difference IMO......but we dont know based on the PR.

I am happy with both options but the second option is the one where we will receive fees over and above the original license fee and this would be my hope.
