I Am in complete agreement with you... Royalities are based on sales... The word payment leaves the door wide open.. could be one set rate.... conditional rates... a rate based on profit %.... I would love to see royalties but royalities comes miantience... IE follow each company thier new products... many companies are diverse and sell products that do not infringe.... a new product would require a review by TPL.... so payments maybe better......
