Why do you think that might be?

If money coming in from licensing became a mere trickle, might that not shift the posts?

If infringers were awaiting the outcome of the '336 decision, might that move the posts?

If new re-exam requests are made, might that move the posts?

Perhaps it might be best to ignore all extenuating circumstances, as the FUD brigade does, and argue that they make no difference to how the company operates?
