Spinning off PDSG is something I have previously suggested. I don't consider it an issue of fear. What would you consider a fair structure for a PDSG spinoff? How many shares total, how many on the float, and how many to the shareholder, given the present day valuations?..........Unless you're afraid to talk about it?.......

PDSG is only just starting so I believe it is premature to even be thinking about a spin-off, let alone speculating about it. Ask me again in 12 months.
