Your quotes, taken in isolation and out of context might appear to support your allegation of TPL having "falsely projected that strength many times" but unfortunately once the chronology of USPTO actions are included any merit is diminished, in my very humble opinion.

For example, Bosch licensed 18 months ago. Had they waited until now, do you think the license fee would be the same as it was then, or might they be "enjoy(ing) a real cost advantage over slower-moving competitors"?
