It would appear that Sensonor is behaving much like the chip manufacturers, deferring licensing liability to downstream manufacturers, from which TPL is likely seeking licensing fees. These manufacturers are in the aerospace/aviation, auto and agricultural markets, to name a few (based on the Sensonor website info).
