They would have to buy out Moore, TPL, and Patriot. Our Master agreement doesn't allow for hostile take over. All rights are transfered to the other party in that event. So essentually they would be buying nothing. There must be agreement between all parties for a purchase to happen. Not impossible, just very difficult and a lot of money.
