I agree, ease. Someone pointed out the other day, however, that SOME companies infringe less that others. The milestone/Wal-mart explanation that Lambertslunatics used was excellent. There has to be a price marked on the items and the store has to have a record of how many items one is buying. I assume that when the reverse engineering is done the # of items would be easy to tag. I don't think that is something that DL would let pass by him--in fact, I would bet money that he knows exactly how much each infringer has used and how much they continue to use.
