Bundle of 3 licenses

I do not remember who posted the idea of spreading out the 3 licenses in 3 pr's for more mileage.

Why would TPL have put together a bundle of 3, unless the floodgates were really going to open.

At this point, there is no need to trick infringers to sign on like they did after the J3 settlement.

Hopefully we will see meaningful rates.
