that it stated "Harman bought from PTSC"--and that "PTSC would get the up front payment plus future payments"..what happened to Alliance? In the next sentence it said that the MMP is joinly owned by TPL and PTSC--have there been any other announcements by PTSC that left off the Alliance group? GL, ads
