I agree we are stronger. Most of the heavy lifting has be done. We have a few more muscles / body parts to work (arms(no pun intended)/legs etc.).

Negotiation..or in our case..re-negotiation takes time to accomplish with the infringers..especially if the price tag has gone up..this is not just a matter of pulling candy bars off the shelf or dipping into the petty cash drawer..

The pendulum has shifted in our favor IMO. Anyone that could not see that is either freeze dried or doing hard time. It could shift back if certain events were to occur / not occur, but at this moment I see our position as pretty firm. I would not want to be on the infringement side of this equation. The infringers, not onboard with a license already, will pay..it is just a matter of time and how much in my opinion.
