It appears that what we thought we bought (Crossflo) may not be what we actually bought. Thus we want the shares back and have an independent entity trying to confirm what it is we actually bought. Sound about right?

If that is the case, we have a BoD that has again proven its inability to hire competent personnel/executives to run the company.
