How many shareholders were protesting this at the time it was done?

I did.. and posted about it a mutitude of times.. I know others did as well... I didn't want them to spend the cash we had (left) in a time of uncertainty with the patents nor aquire a venture that would substantially increase our burn rate, and possibly require another 100-200 mil share authorization..

Especially given the excrutiatingly long track record of PTSC & our esteemed BoD

That being said, I believe the market that RG was attempting to get us poised to gain a market share was actually a good choice.. Hopefully PDSG can still eventually move forward..

..but it's all about the MMP.. and our BoD making deals with Leckrone.. (cringe)
