Thanks wolf for your statement! English is not my first language so I had to reread your statement more than once and I ask myself if you are pro or contra this step of the BOD?

In my opinion: Goerner wasn't doing a good job. He had a good reputation but this didn't help him to turn pdsg into a profitable company. One year is over and everything he has to show the shareholders are more losings. And know the acquisition of crossflow seems to stink.

Goerner couldn't do anything positive about our share price by buying crossflow. So maybe the BOD thought the same way like Stanly did (I hope this was his name) which asked him about how long it should take him to turn the subsidiary into a profit center and they were not willing to let him try another 6 months.

So this step of the BOD seems to be rational and it doesn't affect the mmp licensing in any way and moreover there are 2 mouths fewer to feed
