I can only assume that the Baroni assessment brought to light the discrepancies in the merger.We were all wodering why the board would request this evaluation and not R.G. If they hadn't hired him as a perminent CEO they could have sued the rent-a-CEO company for his supposed incompetance.

If they expect a favorable technical evaluation of the flagship CDX product, then what exactly are the problems with the merger? Something to do with ownership? With the patents? What good is a favorable technical evaluation of something you don't own? Here we go again with word playing. They think it is important enough to fire the CEO but not enough to let investors know what is going on. They may not know how to run a company, but whoever writes their deceiving PR's is brilliant, good enough to have a great future in political speach writting.

They made a movie in 1985 about the merger of Nabisco Brands and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. PTSC's continuous melodrama in their business dealings ought to be a bigger box office hit. I am constantly amazed how people with nothing to do can be right in the middle of all these screw-ups. So much for the saying that "the cream rises to the top". Don't ever expect a move to Nasdaq with these people in charge. They have to know that they would lose their jobs. All they had to do was sit in their offices, go to lunch, play golf, but they just had to make some moves that apparently they were incapable of doing, and they knew it , so they they went to the Avis of CEO's and still screwed it all up. I like to be a fly on the wall of their psycharists office this weekend. Unbelievable.
