"....but what good can holding and critizing possibly bring to you and your peers?"

Constructive criticism can be the impetus for change for the good. Most good managers, executives and board members want to know how their enterprise can be improved. Keeping the heat turned up on those in positions of responsibility and stewardship at a public company is important in terms of transparency, governance, and execution of business strategy. Stifling discussion and criticism, and squelching two-way communication is never a good strategy. I am sorry you want to impose a new policy that benefits one self-serving group over another group that is, and has been, 'paying the price' so to speak; frankly it makes no sense whatsoever.

It is obvious that some members of the board have continued to time and again make bad decisions, and there is nothing in the cards that leads a reasonable person to believe that these people will somehow do an about face. We hold out hope that the valuable asset that we all own a portion of will continue to generate revenues and profit, and that those revenues and profits will not be squandered. And since it is only hope that we have, then as long as the same BoD exists we best be on them continuously to manage our funds wisely, in whatever forum, context, or medium we have at our disposal. If Agoracom ceases to be a part of that so be it........... it will simply represent more of that 'change we can believe in' garbage we keep hearing about.
