If one grants credence to your assement of the role of the B.O.D. members of this particular company, (which I agree with though it is, as typical, conveniently selective IMO) please elaborate what qualifications these particular directors have that make them suited to perform those roles. Please keep in mind the business focus of PTSC in your response. TIA.
