"Why not get two more?"

a) It might mean the existing members would receive less compensation.

b) It might bring differing opinions and insight to the boardroom.

c) It might cause votes on major issues to result in 4-3.

d) It might mean weaknesses, gaffes, greed of the 3 would be exposed.

e) It might mean accountability to the owners.

Just looking at it from the 'inside'......................
