Please read Ron's post regarding what needs to be done and how long he has been requesting such action

And after you have read their post you will see why I think that these three and the others I referred to earlier are great candidates for a slate of Board Members proposed by we the public shareholders.

I know Ron has said that he would not be welcome on the board by the current board members but in reality that is my point for my nominations. Having our slate on the board would mean that the old board would for the most part if not entirely be gone. So Ron, I hear you friend and I would not want you or Brian to have to put up with the current boards business acumen and you wont have to if you all are voted on they would be voted off.
