Baroni probably gave them a great sales pitch in regards to what he could do for the company and RG was fired for the above mentioned reason. How would you like the opportunity to do a strategic assessment on someone you wanted to replace.? They seem to be impatient perhaps feeling the pressure to deliver from somewhere.
