CEO/BOD remnumeration is not something I pay much attention to, since I have no control over it. But IMO it ought to be in the range of other similar market caps . And as that market cap increases so should the CEO's and BOD's renumeration increase. I think the current renumeration is out of wack with what I just said. But it doesn't bother me as much as it does others.
