I don't think we're disgareeing here, as I take no issue with anything after the word "Also" in your post.

With that understanding, I'd further clarify my perspective on the sentence that preceeds "Also" in that the type of BOD members I envision are one's who have

a) either strong overall credentials in the business sectors that PTSC is focussed, ie a former or current successful CEO of a technology company at least one who has served as a CFO along the way, and has the understanding of the role the independent auditor should play AND techincal expertise in public accounting, but that brings more to the table than just dotting i's and crossing t's on filings or knowing the specific nuances of SEC rules

OR

b) is an innovator in a specific emerging technology that PTSC is looking at that can provide insight and access into the arena of that technology.

In my opinion, PTSC is in dire need of those types of Directors at this stage of thier life as a company.
