The Board of Directors selects the CEO, not the other way around.

As for Baroni, I find it strange that "Baroni Management Company", when searched on google, does not come up without the word Patriot. In other words, the only instances of "Baroni Management Company" is in relation to PTSC. Was this LLC created solely for deaing with PTSC?

Google search for "Baroni Management Company" -- about 13,900 hits

Google search for "Baroni Management Company" -patriot (that is pages with "Baroni Management Company" without the word "patriot") -- zero hits
