So you're saying the Eclat from 10/009 and and Baroni Management Company LLC from 7/09 are one and the same? Maybe but I don't see it.

According to the PR, Baroni MC LLC was retained to prepare a strategic assessment, at the request of the Audit Committee (who's on that , by the way?). Eclat Consulting LLC was retained to assist in the search for a CEO. I know Baroni is involved in both companies. But these seem like two different jobs.
