It's not really like that. It's like giving the drunk guy out in front of the casino the $1000 you just won because he said he could turn it into $2000.

If PTSC wants to create new revenue streams, why not just go to an Ocean Tomo auction and buy some patents. They already have the licensing infrastructure in place (paying for it already). Throwing money into various barely related companies hoping to emerge with a legitimate integrated business is only marginally better than paying dividends to warrant holders.
