I posted regarding a conversation I had with LG a few weeks back.. in the conversation, LG stated they had outside legal counsel (not CJohnson) who were `guiding` them.. and seemed quite confident in their abilities.. but my question was refering to B&O/litigation replacement.. not settlement negotiations.. tho at the time LG probably didn`t want to correct me on this..
