I don't believe this is correct

ONLY 1 ceo has ever been "let go" (that is RG). Pohl retired (he was nearly 80) and Turley was just an interim (while they found RG) ... as per your 3 l "let goes"

AND if it turns out that PTSC has been sold to another company then you could argue 0 CEOs were "let go" .

... we're less than pleased with the settlement in Texas ...

what about the other 60+ signees - How does that sit with you? how about the last 3 - with royalties - how did you like that?
