How about D Pohl, M Korodi, and Lowell G each simultaneously being appointed a co-CEO? 3!!!, count em 1, 2, 3! executives were placed to head PTSC at one time. Gee I wonder who was responsible for that decision? WHO on earth does these types of things? No one in their right mind except for the brilliant minds at PTSC. Did they not want to hurt anyone's feelings that they couldn't pick 1 CEO? I cant even begin to imagine the kind of confusion having 3 CEO's created and I'm fairly certain it didn't benefit shareholders. Its these types of past and present reckless decisions that have us in this situation. Unfortunately the common denominator in all of this is and continues to be our board.

Management or board members, take your pick...most have been nothing but a revolving 3 ring circus.
