If you have been a board member since 2004 you should know what Brian's task was. In addition you can reread all of tucci's DD and all of Brians post to see his positions.

I am not trying to cause a problem here but it almost sounds as if you are attempting to cause a side issue problem regarding Brian. Please note this has been tried before by others and the truth is that Brian is one of the good guys and always has been and has without compensation looked out for your interest if you are a shareholder.

If my assumption is wrong I apologize but I am weary of the negatives thrown at some of the folks who are major shareholders who are attempting to gain value for all of us.
