As we don't know if costs associated with MMP licensing are separated from costs associated with licensing TPL's other IP, or even if PDS knows if those costs are kept separate.

Hmmmm, this suggestion of bad faith intent and lack of oversight would imply that everyone should sell immediately and not return until there is categorical proof of good faith dealings?
