The initial costs for obtaining counsel's opinion on your a, b, c, and d would be no more than $5,000 and could be much less, in my very humble opinion.

I just find it intriguing that no one with a holding over 1,000,000 shares, say, hasn't already sought such an opinion, if only to protect their own investment.
