Message: Agoracom I have never seen such an orchestrated attempt to Bash PTSC BOD!

With all the above said, I would like to ask you a simple question - what do you want?

I will group the results together in their relevance and present them back to you in a vote - the popular topics will be those you as a whole have decided to be acceptable. The rest, though duelly respected, will be proportinally weighted

The obvious topics for discussion would be regulatory filings and any press release. The problem with this is after a week or two there would be very little more to discuss and the board would fall silent until the next press release or filing.

To restrict the discussion to all things positive would be just as detrimental as the constant repetition of perceived failings of the BoD, not least because I have to defend the average performance of them by way of offering a counter-balance.

I therefore respectfully suggest that a possible solution would be for a message along the lines of, "Unhappy with the BoD? PM me" be posted once a week, thereby enabling ongoing discussion by those so inclined without the need to read it over and over again on the main board. A weekly precis could also be given in the message section of the post, if the poster wanted to give any updates, with any replies again via PM.

This simple remedy should remove the need for a vote on what should be considered "weighted popular topics" for which I also have reservations as a subject which might currently have a low weighting could rise to prominence as events unfold.

Members retain the right to "Report a Violation" should anything go beyond accepted standards, for determination by Agoracom, who can then determine what if any sanction to apply.

Please allow the members of this forum not only the freedom to discuss a subject but also the current importance of such.
