Why would the company announce the dismissals as a misrepresentation in the filings, and then say "The changes being made are intended to accelerate the transformation of the PDSG acquisition and enable a faster implementation of its strategic direction." in the PR........While both statements could be true, there still remains a typical element of concealment as far as dredging up information from the filings from this BOD. It's this constant suspicion that, if eliminated, would tremendously clean up the diversity on this board IMO.......

Personally, I'd like to read the Baroni report and know the timing of it and when the misrepresentation came to light for timeline purposes.........
