We will have RG and company to thank - not the BOD. My hope is that they got rid of RG and company because we are about to be acquired (PDSG anyway) and their services would be deemed duplicative or not necessary. The MMP would be difficult to sell / break up in my view..but it the acquiring company were large enough perhaps they could purchase the whole lot. The revolving "fall guys" of CEOs is becomming tiresome..and I have not been here near as most of the longs..being a relative newbe.

Anywho, the BOD has some explaining to do..hope we will be seeing some news soon that explains some of this..a thought on Baroni..is he a facilitator for some sort of deal?..for the benefit of Elcat or someone else?..
