Although there would be nothing wrong with having a health care pro or two on the board you fail to provide for qualified shareholders on a new board. I believe that Falk and Felycn have had their time on the board with very little to show for it. If Felycn was such a worthwhile number cruncher board member would she by now not have stepped down just out of concern for the lack of financial fudicary concerns by the entire board? Falk is on the board as a family member without a strong voice in my opinion. Both folks appear to be nice folk but that is not what I want from a corporate board. They are both members of Leckrones board.
Along with health care bio engineering/software mgmt professionals I would like to see at least a few of our major shareholders take a seat or three on the board (if not more).
For example: Brian is innovative would not be a lap dog to Leckrone and is a businessman, Ron is an attorney and would be my personal attorney if he was not geographically seperated from me as he speaks english to me but understands legalese and can stand toe to toe with TPL and other attorneys. He has to be brillant if he knows the Napolenic code necessary to practice law in his corner of the world. Wolf, is a complete researcher and I do not think he would sign for something "unless he read it".
These are only a few of the folks I have nominated before for a competive slate to the board. Ease, your suggestions failed to have any suggested new board members who not only were qualifed but had a history with the company, (besides Falk an Felcyn) and have a large dog in the fight which my candidates do.
Of course these are just my thoughts and as an old member of this board use to say we will see what we will see.
God Bless All
