S.E.C. has 400 investigators on staff fielding some 1.5 mil complaints anually. Think b.b. stockholders are treated same as Big Board "heavy hitters" when inquiries are prioritized?

Never hurts to try , just don't have confidence in regulators when it comes to untoward behavior in penny stock companies.
