Before they were merged (Oct. 2/09) a re-ex was ordered on Aug. 20/09 (App. 90/010,562) for claims

4,6,7,11 & 13. (HTC made the request May 29, 09). We'll have to wait and see if the claims remain unchanged.

The other App. 90/008,227 (before being merged) was awaiting (since Mar. 27/09) the examiners' consideration of arguments countering prior art and also clarifying of the term "processing unit" was in progress (NEC made that request Sept. 23/06).
