if the pending Patent Office action determines that Moore was not an inventor of the claimed invention..

You had better capitalize and underline that `if` because, while Higgins may have confirmed that fact to you and me.. he`s not going to be heard in any court of law.. Fogal, has seen to that.. Until that Federal Court of Law finds Fish as sole inventor, Leckrone has/had every right to license to Intel.. even if he is an effin` snake
