If we do have some licenses, I would not expect any gigantic companies or bucks. If I was TPL and was planning on taking on a company like Apple, I would wait until the 148 and/or the 749 were recertified (if they are aplicable to Apple products). This would leave room for technical glitches/mistakes against their capable law teams but would make it very unlikely that they could beat us for infringements on all the claims of the various patents. IMO

I hope the 336 is enough to collect the big dollars.

The rising sp with no news always creates speculation about big things coming down the pike. Unfortunatley, too many times the price just settles back. Maybe this time it will be different. Many made predictions in the past how things would turn out once the 336 was recertified. I am still waiting/hoping for those flood gates to open.
