Its one thing to think......and another thing to prove.

It was no secret from the filings who Swartz was, his relationship/connections to the BOD....the warrants....etc.

However nobody forced you to invest in PTSC..... if you saw the information and if you werent comfortable you should have clearly could have moved on.

Did you expect Swartz to just hold on his shares forever??

Why bother whining about another shareholder selling stock.....??
