"it is still in fact under Reexam consideration once again with diff prior art cited"

IMO this is the big reason the SP is hovering like it is. I asked my PA about this and the chances of the reexam being approved, and he said the chances are probably better than we would like. I asked why, and his answer was simple, "because that is what the USPTO does, and because new prior art has been submitted".

If the USPTO believes there is a SNQ, than an office action is issued, and a response to the office action, etc etc...taking a lot of time. It doesn't take as long as the initial reexam process, but using his words, "It still takes time". Our hope is that the USPTO finds the request to be bogus and dismisses it. IMO, if this happens, we see price appreciation on volume. If it doesn't, than well more of the same. I really don't care about the new CEO, PDSG, etc, all noise at this juncture as far as I am concerned. My eye is on the USPTO. Hope things are well.
