Remember, if the patent(s) eventually make it through this process, and I believe they will, than we can collect infringement fees for the time they were being reexamined (for those put on notice). So I wouldn't say they are soaking up patent life, rather, more like soaking up shareholder life. LOL At least my life. I guess we can look at the bright side, that being the threat must be pretty significant for the infringers to keep throwing requests at the USPTO. Stall tactic? Most likely, at least I hope so.

Not sure I agree, and it really is just a guess, but I think the upside (share price) if the "336 reexam request is denied is much higher than the downside if the reexam is approved. JMO
