I visited my sister the other day and was amused to watch her dog go around and around endlessly in an effort to catch it's tail, then it occured to me that, that is exactly what these companies are putting us thru.

I would agree with most that the prior art (stall) tactic will be thrown out based on the preponderence of evidence that certainly has been accumulated thus far.

60 plus companies signed, Germany, USPTO re-cert, Markman, etc., and with each validation the price to sign must be going higher & higher.

The last three had to pay some pretty good ########'s in my opinion, only time will tell but too me it's logical too assume, the price has gone up significantly, AIMHO.
