Oh yeah, way over communicated. LOL I simply got the feeling from him that it was a statistical thing, meaning, if the new prior art submitted with the reexam request raised any doubts with the examiner, than the probability of the request being approved was high. He made it sound like hey, we are talking about a government agency here, this is what they do. LOL But not funny. Like I stated before, he did add, let's hope the examiner thinks the prior art is bogus and rejects the request. Ya know what they say, the more something is worth the more one will fight for it. Goes both ways.
