Yes and that is the point. We were concerned that TPL may have gotten something out of the Sony deal and that is why the license fee was smaller than we had expected. However, I am not so sure that they would take a smaller license fee to enable us to get a Gov. contract unless something was in it for them, since they are the ones doing the negoiations.
