TPL gave away permission to use the MMP rights to a company that had already requested 3 reex's against them which were only in preliminary stages. I find that puzzling.

Now that NEC America has lost two, I figure that they will be re-visiting that business resolution soon since the courts involved in MMP litigation have shown that they await USPTO decisions for guidance.

All IMHO and just more fuel for the delusional fire.
