Let me help you on that one Mark. The only reex requested by the J's was by Toshiba Oct. 19, 2006 ('336 app. 90/008,306) who lost BTW. The only other possibilities were the denied '336 reex requested May 24, 2009, the '749 requested Jan. 16, 2009 and the '890 requested Jan. 16, 2009 (all requested by Fish & Richardson).

The reex's you mention were either requested before the Quanta case or two years later.

Try to put some hard facts into your plausible fiction.

Way too much speculation in regards to what the court could or might decide IMHO.
