this is a coin toss......remember RG also bought shares during a PTSC stated blackout period restricting PTSC from trading in the companies shares....and RG said he was not aware of the stated blackout period. not sure of the MOU stuff but IMO PTSC has not always been forthright in its information to its share holders. There could be something to it, then again......we wait.
